Double 4D — Import Pair (13" x 7")

It is sized 330mm × 178mm (13" × 7"), for vehicles with the smaller square-ish recess found on many Japanese and US imports. Measure your recess first: a 13" × 6.5" and a 13" × 7" plate look alike but are not interchangeable.

Two laser-cut acrylic layers stacked for double the depth. The raised characters are 10mm (two 5mm layers of) laser-cut cast PMMA acrylic, bonded to a high-impact acrylic plate with automotive-grade adhesive. They are UV and weather resistant and will not fade or lift, backed by our 3-year warranty.

Yes. It is made to BS AU 145e by Enhanced Plates, a DVLA-registered number plate supplier (RNPS 84920), with the Charles Wright font, legal character size and spacing, a reflective white front or yellow rear, and our supplier mark. Raised characters are allowed because they are a single solid black. It will pass the MOT plate check.

Both plates take about 10 minutes to fit. Clean the old fixing area, then use strong double-sided sticky pads, screws, or both. If you use screws, drill only through the margins or the gaps between raised characters, never through a character. Our Universal Plate Fixing Kit includes sticky pads, screws and caps.
