4D Premium — Cornish St Piran Flag

It is the standard UK size, 520mm × 111mm (20.5" × 4.4"), which fits the oblong front and rear recesses on most UK cars and vans. If your car has a square, import-style or model-specific recess, choose that size instead. Ideal for: Drivers who want the Cornwall St Piran (KER) badge on a 4D Premium plate rather than 3D Gel.

5mm solid laser-cut acrylic characters with crisp bevels. The raised characters are 5mm laser-cut cast PMMA acrylic, bonded to a high-impact acrylic plate with automotive-grade adhesive. They are UV and weather resistant and will not fade or lift, backed by our 3-year warranty.

The plate is made to BS AU 145e by Enhanced Plates, a DVLA-registered number plate supplier (RNPS 84920), with the mandatory Charles Wright font and spacing. The Cornwall St Piran (KER) badge is not a DVLA-permitted identifier, so this design is supplied for show use. For the road, choose a UK, GB or national flag badge — same plate, fully MOT legal.

Both plates take about 10 minutes to fit. Clean the old fixing area, then use strong double-sided sticky pads, screws, or both. If you use screws, drill only through the margins or the gaps between raised characters, never through a character. Our Universal Plate Fixing Kit includes sticky pads, screws and caps.

Enter your registration exactly as it appears on your logbook; we set the legal spacing automatically, as DVLA rules do not allow changes. Show plates are not for road use, so no DVLA documents are needed. For a road-legal version, we would ask for your V5C, V750 or V778 and photo ID before making it.
